Wings of Daedalus
The Misaki dining chair features armrests that are slightly disconnected from the backrest. This gives the impression of wings that slightly extend, giving the chair an airy and free-spirited character. The armrests also provide comfortable support. We are big fans of this clean & tidy design. The chair is upholstered with durable polyester fabric that has resemblances of luxurious terry cloth. Take a seat and enjoy!
Available in six striking colors Which color(s) will you choose? Combine the Misaki dining chair with a base of your choice! This way, you can customize your own chair: choose one of the color variations and pair your favorite seat with one of twenty-five possible bases. Options include: Each base is crafted from high-quality metal and is available in finishes of matte black or white, matte stainless steel, matte gold, and matte rose gold. Additionally, the popular Turn frame is available in four more colorful options: beige, brown, mint and peach. You can also opt for mobility and choose the Glide frame: a base with rotating caster wheels, in matte black metal. The Misaki dining chair is easy to assemble.
Choose from one of the six color variations: Funky Fudge, Anemone, Almost Black, Pretty Plaster, Cosy Copper and Merry Mermaid. Delivery
Ordering an item from our webshop is safe and easy. Each product displays the associated delivery time - your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.
1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the order number.
2. As soon as the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.
Benelux:
Shipping is done with our regular carrier, Wesseling Logistics. Wesseling Logistics sends a shipping confirmation as soon as the shipment is scheduled, which includes a VVA number (shipping reference). On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time slot by email.
Note: The emails sometimes end up in SPAM, please check if you haven't received anything.
Rest of Europe:
* Orders < 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or < 2 large boxes (armchairs) are shipped with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you will receive a T&T link from DHL Parcel.
* Orders > 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or > 1 large box (armchair) are shipped with Dachser Logistics. Dachser sends an email with a planning request to coordinate a delivery day. Tracking details are provided by Dachser.
Unless you selected a special service for delivery, our standard delivery is based on curb-side delivery.
Please note this means delivery is to the ground floor, and items are not delivered inside.
Returns
If you need to return your order, please make sure to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
Register Your Return:
- Email us at returns@jesperhome.com.
- Include your order number, item number, and the quantity of items you are returning.
Receive Your Return Label:
- We will send you a return label via email.
Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is not free and will be deducted from your refund.
- Standard label (dining chair) within Benelux: €7.50
- Large label (accent chair) within Benelux: €15
- Standard label for the rest of Europe: €25
- Large label for the rest of Europe: €50
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will create a credit note.
- The refund will be deposited into your account within 14 days.
- If you paid with Klarna, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.
