The Puratex® cleaning set is perfect for maintaining upholstery fabrics. It includes cleaning water (200ml), a strong cleaner (50ml), a cleaning glove, and a cloth – enough for 5-7 seating areas. Use the glove for weekly dusting and the strong cleaner for tough stains. Suitable for most fabrics, but please check if your fabric can be wet cleaned.

Puratex® Basic Cleaning Set
Contents:
Puratex® cleaning water (200ml)
Puratex® strong cleaner (50ml)

The contents are sufficient for 5-7 seats (depending on the model).
Best before: see packaging.
Use the glove for weekly dusting of furniture, and the cleaner for treating fresh stains. Follow the QR code on the packaging for useful cleaning tips.
Instructions:
Apply a few drops of Puratex® cleaning water* to the glove and wipe the surface. If the fabric should only be cleaned dry, use the glove without water.
For stains: use Puratex® strong cleaner to remove the stain. Follow the instructions carefully.
Always test maintenance products on an inconspicuous area before treating the entire piece of furniture.
Not suitable for:
Silk, or fabrics that cannot be wet cleaned.
Important:
Not all upholstery fabrics can or should be wet cleaned. Please ensure your fabric is suitable for wet cleaning before proceeding.

Cleaning
Dust or vacuum regularly. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Use a mild detergent and lukewarm water for spot cleaning. Test any cleaning solution on a hidden area first.
Delivery
Ordering an item from our webshop is safe and easy. Each product displays the associated delivery time - your order will be dispatched within this timeframe.
1. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the order number.
2. As soon as the delivery time is reached or the item is in stock, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.
Benelux:
Shipping is done with our regular carrier, Wesseling Logistics. Wesseling Logistics sends a shipping confirmation as soon as the shipment is scheduled, which includes a VVA number (shipping reference). On the day of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time slot by email.
Note: The emails sometimes end up in SPAM, please check if you haven't received anything.
Rest of Europe:
* Orders < 4 standard boxes (dining chairs) or < 2 large boxes (armchairs) are shipped with DHL Parcel. After shipping, you will receive a T&T link from DHL Parcel.
* Orders > 3 standard boxes (dining chairs) or > 1 large box (armchair) are shipped with Dachser Logistics. Dachser sends an email with a planning request to coordinate a delivery day. Tracking details are provided by Dachser.
Unless you selected a special service for delivery, our standard delivery is based on curb-side delivery.
Please note this means delivery is to the ground floor, and items are not delivered inside.
Returns
If you need to return your order, please make sure to do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
Register Your Return:
- Email us at returns@jesperhome.com.
- Include your order number, item number, and the quantity of items you are returning.
Receive Your Return Label:
- We will send you a return label via email.
Prepare Your Package:
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Place the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is not free and will be deducted from your refund.
- Standard label (dining chair) within Benelux: €7.50
- Large label (accent chair) within Benelux: €15
- Standard label for the rest of Europe: €25
- Large label for the rest of Europe: €50
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will create a credit note.
- The refund will be deposited into your account within 14 days.
- If you paid with Klarna, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
